News
Sadly, in February 2013, we lost the rights to the land. The permaculture work is now being carried out by the Mondo Loco Foundation within Midlothian with a focus on schools and young people. Check them out here:
Project
The Mondo Loco Permaculture Project is based on an 6.5 acre farm with buildings, growing beds, a poly-tunnel, an orchard, a natural spring and pond. The beautiful site, close to Edinburgh, is the perfect backdrop to develop projects which bring people closer to their natural world and inspire people to think about how we source our food and how we live our lives
Donate
This project began its life in October 2012 with a blank canvas, lots of enthusiasm and zero capital. Any donations would be greatly appreciated. All donations will be put towards expanding the educational capacity of the farm which will enhance the lives of the community but for future generations as well,
